Northeast Capital
Alliance is an investment banking advisory firm in the global
marketplace. We help people sell, buy, value and fund companies.
Since 1992, we’ve specialized in mergers, acquisitions and
divestitures. We started the firm in 2002 (formerly known as
Northeast Capital Group) to address the need for a new investment
banking advisory model.
